Payments and payment data
Stripe and PayPal process enabled payments on their own secure pages. FreddyOchoa.com does not directly collect or store complete payment-card numbers or PayPal login details.
Voluntary support
One-time and monthly support help continue the public work. Support does not purchase ownership, equity, investment rights, editorial control, or a guaranteed future product, and it is not presented as a tax-deductible charitable donation. Jewelry store
Jewelry listings, prices, materials, availability, delivery details, and return conditions are shown or confirmed before purchase. Displaying an item does not guarantee continuing availability, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy and personal information
The public site can generally be read without creating an account. Personal information may still be received through email, payments, jewelry enquiries, waiting lists, events, or other services you choose to use. Read the current Privacy Policy for details.

Development and availability
This is an active project. Pages, tools, products, and services may be improved, reorganized, paused, or removed. Unfinished work should be identified honestly rather than presented as complete.

Current preparation status
The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are published, Stripe and PayPal support links are active, and parts of the library and Cycling system are working prototypes. The site will keep changing, but the standard is simple: say clearly what is live, what is still being developed, and where the limits are.
